2. Information handled by the service
- Calculator and converter values: processed locally in your browser and not intentionally collected by Easynivo.
- Language preference: stored on your device using local browser storage so the site can remember your selected language.
- Technical access information: the hosting provider may process IP address, request time, page address, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
- Contact emails: your email address, message and any information you choose to include.
- Exchange-rate requests: selected currency codes and reference year are sent directly from your browser to the rate provider; the amount you enter is not included in the request.
3. Why information is used
Technical information is used to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service. Contact information is used to respond to enquiries and improve the site. The legal basis may be performance of a requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, consent where required, or compliance with law.
4. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by website hosting, infrastructure and email providers only as needed to provide those services, or disclosed when required by law. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under applicable safeguards.
5. Retention
Language preferences remain on your device until you clear browser data. Hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s security and operational settings. Contact emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain necessary records or comply with law.
6. Your choices and rights
You can clear local storage in your browser and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable law. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
7. Security, children and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Easynivo is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to data processing in their region. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change and will publish the revised date on this page.
8. Consent-based analytics
If you select “Allow analytics,” Easynivo loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, approximate region, device and browser information, and interactions such as running a tool, copying or sharing a result, and changing language. We do not send calculator inputs, calculated results, or text entered into tools. Google may process this information in other countries under its Privacy Policy. Analytics remains blocked until you consent, and you can change your choice using Cookie settings.
9. Advertising and cookies
Easynivo does not currently load advertising code. If Google AdSense or another advertising service is enabled, Google and third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on this or previous visits. You can control personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Where required, we will request consent before storing or accessing advertising cookies and update this policy to identify the active providers.
