What this tool does
Creates URL campaigns, plain-text, Wi-Fi, and contact QR codes with optional logos, selectable colors, quiet zones, four error-correction levels, and PNG or SVG export.
How to use it
- Choose the QR type and enter the destination or connection details. For a campaign URL, fill the UTM fields manually or apply a channel preset.
- Choose colors, quiet-zone width, error correction, logo, and a 300–1200 px PNG size, then generate the preview.
- Verify the encoded preview, scan it on more than one device, and download PNG for screens or SVG for resizing and print.
Method
A reviewed local QRCode.js copy builds the standards-based module matrix. Easynivo redraws that matrix with the selected quiet zone and colors, optionally places a locally selected raster logo over a background patch, and exports the same design to canvas PNG or vector SVG. URLSearchParams adds only non-empty UTM values while keeping an existing query string and anchor.
Worked example
A brochure link can use the Print preset, H error correction, a 15% center logo, a four-module quiet zone, and a 1200 px PNG. The same design can be downloaded as SVG for a layout application, while the encoded URL keeps campaign tags such as utm_medium=print.
Common uses
- Attributing scans from social profiles, newsletters, and printed campaigns
- Creating branded Wi-Fi or contact cards without uploading the details
- Preparing sharp QR artwork for slides, displays, packaging, and print
Limitations
A logo deliberately covers modules, so H error correction and a small logo improve resilience but never guarantee a scan. Long content creates a denser symbol. The tool rejects low-contrast color pairs, but paper, screen glare, sizing, damage, and individual scanner behavior still matter. It does not shorten, host, inspect, or keep the destination alive; always test the final artifact.
FAQ
Are my URL, Wi-Fi password, contact details, or logo uploaded?
No. The current implementation reads the selected logo and generates both downloads inside this browser without a remote QR or upload API.
Should I download PNG or SVG?
Use a 300–1200 px PNG when exact pixels are useful. Use SVG when a print or design workflow needs lossless resizing; uploaded raster logos remain raster images embedded inside that SVG.
