    Formula and method

    Powers associate right to left; −2^2 = −4 and 2^−2 = 0.25. A postfix % divides by 100.

    Worked example

    In degree mode, sin(30) + sqrt(16) = 4.5. Also, 3 + 2^−2 = 3.25.
