Formula and method
Annual days = onsite days per week × work weeks. Direct cost = days × cost per day + annual fixed cost. Combined cost adds travel hours × entered time value.
Worked example
Compare driving five days with a 90-minute round trip against transit or hybrid work two days with a 40-minute trip.
